Student Financial Support will help you understand your financial aid eligibility and choose payment options that best fit your unique family circumstances. We offer a variety of ways to get in touch, so you can always choose the one that’s most convenient for you.

Zoom With Our Undergraduate Financial Aid Advisers

Student Financial Support has Zoom walk-in hours to make it easier for undergraduate students to meet one-on-one with our financial aid advisers.

You can speak with an adviser via Zoom during the following days/times:

1. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET
2. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

Zoom Walk-In Hours will not be available on the following dates/times:

  • Wednesday, October 16th
  • Thursday, October 17th

To serve as many students as possible, we’re limiting each meeting to 20 minutes. Once you join Zoom, you’ll be placed in a virtual waiting room. An adviser will connect with you as soon as they’re available. Wait times can vary and tend to be longer at busy times of the year, so we appreciate your patience.

Graduate students should visit the SEAM contact page to connect virtually with a dedicated adviser.
