The deadline to submit your FAFSA, CSS Profile, and all required documents. While a late submission won’t affect your eligibility for financial aid, it may delay your offer, so we encourage you to submit everything on time.
For Maryland residents only: The Maryland Higher Education Commission has extended the Maryland financial aid deadline to submit the 2024-2025 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to June 1, 2024. However, students are encouraged to submit the FAFSA by the priority deadline of March 1, 2024 to receive notification of eligibility by April 15, 2024.

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is used to determine your eligibility for federal grants, loans, and work-study. It asks questions about you, your family, and your financial circumstances, so it’s helpful to have recent year tax returns on hand before you get started.
The CSS Profile from College Board is an online application universities across the country use to offer institutional financial aid. Like the FAFSA, it asks questions about your family’s financial circumstances—so before you get started, gather any recent records that you have.
The Institutional Documentation Service (IDOC) allows you and your family to send us financial documents, like tax returns and W-2 forms. If these aren’t available, you can submit other documentation of parent wages, like the parent non-tax filer form. We use these documents to determine your eligibility for institutional financial aid.
