Hope Smedley has over 8 years of financial aid experience in public and private institution settings. Prior to Hopkins, Hope worked at Towson University in many roles within the financial aid office, and has extensive experience and knowledge in financial aid, managing federal and institutional aid programs, and counseling students and families. Before working in financial aid, Hope was a youth director for high school students and has a passion to see young adults reach their goals.
My advice to students: For most students, going away to college is one of the biggest seasons of change in their lives. I encourage each of you to lean into the change and embrace the hard things. Strive to get out of your comfort zone as you go through each new experience!
